Our whole beef share is the ultimate farm-to-freezer experience. Our finished steers are pasture-raised right here in Texas, then finished on grain for rich marbling, tenderness, and flavor. You'll receive the entire animal and have the opportunity to customize your order directly with the processor to fit your family's preferences. Whether you prefer thicker steaks, larger roasts, more ground beef, soup bones, organ meats, or specialty cuts, a whole beef allows you to tailor the harvest to your needs.
This option provides the greatest variety, the most flexibility, and the highest level of customization we offer. It's ideal for large families, groups splitting a beef, or anyone who wants their beef processed specifically to their preferences.

A Note About Beef Share Weights
Every steer is different, so no two beef shares are exactly alike. The weights shown on our website are based on actual packaged weights from recent harvests and are intended to give you a realistic expectation of what you'll receive. Final packaged weights and individual cut quantities may vary somewhat from animal to animal.
We believe in being transparent and providing the most accurate information possible, while recognizing that beef is a natural product — not something that comes off an assembly line. We work hard to ensure every customer receives a fair, high-quality share of beef and is happy with their purchase.
