Dry-aged 14–21 days for maximum flavor and tenderness.
Is your beef USDA inspected?
Yes — processed at a USDA-inspected facility.
Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
Never — raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
How is it packaged?
Vacuum-sealed, labeled, and freezer-ready.
Freezer life?
18–24 months when stored frozen and sealed.

How do I order?
Order online — choose your share, pay your deposit, and we’ll confirm your processing date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 75% down for halves and wholes, full payment for quarters and eighths.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit, 3rd party finance options, cash, and online checkout.
Can I pay over time?
Yes — monthly payment plans available through 3rd party.
Do you offer custom cuts?
No custom cuts on halves, quarters, or eighths. Whole beef buyers can customize.
Can I split an order with someone else?
Absolutely — many customers do.

How thick are your steaks?
Standard cut: 1 inch.
How many steaks in a half beef?
Around 40–50 steaks, depending on the animal.
What cuts are included in smaller shares?
A balanced mix of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other cuts.
Freezer Space & Storage
How much freezer space will I need?

Yes — we deliver to Austin, Dallas, and Houston:

Can I visit the ranch?
Yes — tours by appointment.
What breed do you raise?
Primarily Black Angus and Angus-cross.
How do you ensure animal welfare?
