What’s the difference between grain-finished and grass-finished beef?
Grain-finished: Grass-fed for most of its life, finished on grain for rich marbling and tenderness.
Grass-finished: 100% pasture-fed, leaner with a bolder flavor.

How long is your beef aged?
Dry-aged 14–21 days for maximum flavor and tenderness.

Is your beef USDA inspected?
Yes — processed at a USDA-inspected facility.

Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
Never — raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

How is it packaged?
Vacuum-sealed, labeled, and freezer-ready.

Freezer life?
18–24 months when stored frozen and sealed.

Ordering & Payment

How do I order?
Order online — choose your share, pay your deposit, and we’ll confirm your processing date.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 75% down for halves and wholes, full payment for quarters and eighths.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit, 3rd party finance options, cash, and online checkout.

Can I pay over time?
Yes — monthly payment plans  available through 3rd party.

Do you offer custom cuts?
No custom cuts on halves, quarters, or eighths. Whole beef buyers can customize.

Can I split an order with someone else?
Absolutely — many customers do.

Cuts & Quantities

How thick are your steaks?
Standard cut: 1 inch.

How many steaks in a half beef?
Around 40–50 steaks, depending on the animal.

What cuts are included in smaller shares?
A balanced mix of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other cuts.

Freezer Space & Storage

How much freezer space will I need?

• Whole: 16–20 cu. ft.

• Half: 8–10 cu. ft.

• Quarter: 4–5 cu. ft.

Can you store my beef after processing?
No — pickup required within a few days.

Is packaging safe for long-term storage?
Yes — designed for up to 2 years in freezer.

Pickup & Delivery

Where do I pick up my beef?
At our USDA processor in Texas (address provided after order).

Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver to Austin, Dallas, and Houston:

• ¼ beef or smaller: $75.00

• Free delivery for orders over $2,000.

Do you ship outside Texas?
Not at this time for large shares. We’re exploring smaller beef boxes for nationwide shipping.

How will it stay cold during delivery?
Transported frozen in coolers — you’ll need to have freezer space ready upon arrival.

Ranch & Cattle

Can I visit the ranch?
Yes — tours by appointment.

What breed do you raise?
Primarily Black Angus and Angus-cross.

How do you ensure animal welfare?
Low-stress handling, open pasture, clean water, quality forage, and humane care.
