Our quarter beef share is the perfect middle ground — more variety and volume than an eighth, but not as much freezer space as a half share. You’ll get a balanced selection of steaks, roasts, and ground beef from across the steer, portioned to ensure even distribution.

A Note About Beef Share Weights
Every steer is different, so no two beef shares are exactly alike. The weights shown on our website are based on actual packaged weights from recent harvests and are intended to give you a realistic expectation of what you'll receive. Final packaged weights and individual cut quantities may vary somewhat from animal to animal.
We believe in being transparent and providing the most accurate information possible, while recognizing that beef is a natural product — not something that comes off an assembly line. We work hard to ensure every customer receives a fair, high-quality share of beef and is happy with their purchase.
