Raised exclusively on grass and forage from start to finish, these cattle are never grain-finished, resulting in a product valued for its natural production methods and distinctive character.
You'll receive a generous selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts from across the animal, giving you the convenience of a well-stocked freezer and a wide variety of cuts to enjoy throughout the year. This share offers an excellent balance of quantity, variety, and value for families committed to high-quality, pasture-raised beef.
Average Packaged Weight: ~170-190 lbs (excluding organ meats)
Freezer Space Needed: ~8–10 cubic feet (about the size of a medium chest freezer)
