Price:

  • Grain-Finished: $6.25/lb (based on hanging weight)

Average Hanging Weight: ~375 lbs

  • Estimated Packaged Weight: ~240–260 lbs of freezer-ready beef

  • Freezer Space Needed: ~8–10 cubic feet (about the size of a small chest freezer)

Estimated Yield:

  • Steaks (cut to a standard 1” thickness):

    • Ribeye / Rib Steak: ~10–12 steaks

    • T-Bone / Porterhouse: ~8–10 steaks

    • Sirloin: ~6–8 steaks

    • Filet Mignon / Tenderloin: ~6–8 steaks

    • Round Steaks: ~6–8 steaks

    • Total Steaks: ~36–46 steaks

  • Other Cuts:

    • Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Arm, Sirloin Tip, etc.): ~30–40 lbs

    • Short Ribs or Cube Steak: ~10–15 lbs

    • Ground Beef: ~130–150 lbs

    • ½ Brisket (whole briskets only with whole beef orders)

    • Misc. cuts: Stew meat, soup bones, and organ meats (optional)

Deposit Requirement:

  • This is a 75% deposit ONLY.

    • Grain-Finished: ~$1,750.00

  • Remaining 25% due BEFORE processing

Processing:

  • USDA inspected

  • Vacuum-sealed and labeled for freshness

  • Cut to our half-beef specifications for consistent quality and portion balance
